Live Video Deposition

A video deposition is important; as it portrays the witness’ demeanor and body language to the audience. This will give the jury a better understanding of the witness and their testimony.

All depositions are shot with professional HD quality tape-less video cameras and audio equipment; in order to provide crisp, clear audio and an enhanced picture that will sure to be appreciated by a judge and jury. These factors are what help us maintain the best quality product for our clients.

We will provide you with a certified copy of the deposition in a rapid 2-3 business days, but we are very familiar with the legal process and it’s time restraints and can provide you with a regular copy the following day, if requested.

After the deposition is complete, we will be happy to synchronize the video with the transcript and create video clips from your designations; in order to have a playback in the courtroom.
